Privacy Policy

Gleam is built on a simple promise: your data is yours. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect on this website, why, and what rights you have. It covers gleamhealth.co (the waitlist site) only — the Gleam app will have its own privacy policy when it launches.
Who we are
Gleam Health ApS, registered in Denmark, is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at hello@gleamhealth.co for anything privacy-related.
What we collect
Waitlist signups. When you join the waitlist we store your email address, together with limited context about the signup: which form you used, the referring page, campaign parameters (UTM tags) if you arrived from a link that carried them, your browser's user-agent string, and your country. We use this to manage the waitlist, invite cohorts fairly, and understand which channels bring people here.
Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics service that works without cookies and without collecting personal data. We see aggregate numbers — page views, referrers, countries — never individual profiles.
Bot protection. The waitlist form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from humans. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that sole purpose; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't run advertising or share your email with third parties for marketing.
- We don't build tracking profiles or follow you across the web.
- We don't collect health data on this website.
Legal basis
Under the GDPR, we process your waitlist email on the basis of your consent (you gave it to us to hear about Gleam), and the technical/analytics data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website and understanding it in aggregate.
Where your data lives and how long we keep it
Waitlist data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, encrypted in transit and at rest and protected by access controls. We keep your email until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or the waitlist programme ends — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes a way out.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you, or object to our processing of it. Email hello@gleamhealth.coand we'll act on it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or your local supervisory authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your data, we'll tell waitlist members by email.
