These terms cover your use of gleamhealth.co and the Gleam waitlist, operated by Gleam Health ApS, registered in Denmark. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The Gleam app, when it launches, will have its own terms.
What this site is
This website describes Gleam — a metabolic wellness companion for people with PMOS (formerly PCOS) — and lets you join the waitlist for early access to the private beta.
Not medical advice
Gleam is a wellness tool and does not provide medical advice. Nothing on this website is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to a qualified health professional about your condition, and never disregard or delay medical advice because of something you read here.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and creates no obligation on either side.
- We'll email you about early access and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Beta access is granted in cohorts. A waitlist place doesn't guarantee access by any particular date, and launch timing may change.
- Please use an email address you actually control.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site: no automated signups, no attempts to disrupt or probe the service, no misrepresenting who you are. We may remove waitlist entries that appear fraudulent or automated.
Content and intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, imagery, video, and the Gleam name and orb mark — belongs to Gleam Health ApS or its licensors. You're welcome to link to us and to share screenshots with attribution; please don't republish substantial parts of the site or use our branding without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted access, and product descriptions may evolve before launch. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gleam Health ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes belong to the Danish courts — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product approaches launch. The date above always reflects the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
